Project initiated at the end of 2021, promoted by the Municipality of Lousã and the Pedrinhas Cooperative. The intention was to replicate these drawings on a large scale as a tribute to Pedrinho’s creative genius, who unfortunately passed away from cancer at the young age of “10 years and 354 days”. Before he passed away, Pedrinho left dozens of “Pedrinhongos” (fantastic characters from the world of imagination) in drawings, which I was lucky enough to see in person through the originals. After the loss of this young artist, the “Pedrinhas” was founded, which is a non-profit Social Solidarity Cooperative that supports children with cancer or equally serious disabilities in the Central Region.
